Fluid Power Zone Training uses cutting edge water-based resistance fitness machines. Designed for training in any zone-Cardio, Power, Strength or Speed. It's a safe 30-minute HIIT-Circuit workout.     Private Personal Training

    Private One-on-one Personal Training. Our Programs are catered to your individual needs and goals. The uniqueness of our water based resistance equipment is that it works for all fitness levels and progresses you safely.

    Small Group Training

    Our Small Group sessions run for 30-minutes with 4-6 people. There are 6-scientifically formulated machines in the circuit. For those that would like to enhance their cardio and strength we have a separate room with rowing machines and free weights that you're welcome to use.

    Yoga Fusion

    A technique I created combining a balanced fusion of Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork and Meditation-
    This technique brings you home to your body and clears your mind. I incorporate simple stretching, strengthening and elongating exercises. Along with deep breathwork and creative visualization, allowing perfect balance and alignment physically and mentally. It has shown to relieve stress and help push through mental barriers and blocks allowing for major shifts in your life for the better.
